Counselling sessions & Coronavirus (Covid 19)

I know a lot of people are feeling very anxious about the situation surrounding Coronavirus.

If you want to start counselling or are currently working with me, I am currently still offering face to face sessions. I have taken advice and considered measures to minimise risk.

If you are self isolating I can offer video call/phone sessions if you would like to continue therapy. Please contact me to discuss.

If there is a situation where I am required to self isolate but am well enough to work. I will offer telephone/video call sessions, or discuss self directed work you can do if you decide to take a break instead.

Self isolating

If you have any symptoms of corona virus, current guidance is to stay at home and self isolate for 7 days. Call NHS 111 for further information.

If you have arrived in the UK in the last 14 days, please look at the full Public Health England advice which includes an up-to-date list of affected countries and areas.
If you are from one of the specified countries or areas do not go to a doctor’s surgery, pharmacy or hospital – use the 111 online coronavirus service to find out what to do next.
